Vadim
DSP Developer
Vadim's passion for electronic music began when he was only 9 years old, sparking an early fascination with synthesizers (which were way beyond his reach at the time). Within a few years he discovered computer programming, which eventually led him to a career in software development. One notable early achievement: Vadim wrote a realtime 3D game engine.
As software-based synthesis gained traction, Vadim was naturally drawn into this field. It didn't take long for him to land a job at Native Instruments, where he conceived and spearheaded the development of Reaktor Core, a graphical DSP language. In his spare time, he pursued audio DSP research, publishing several technical articles and authoring the widely respected handbook "The Art of VA Filter Design".
Now a treasured member of the u-he team, Vadim continues to explore and innovate in the world of digital signal processing.
