Jayney
Accounting, Procurator
Jayney Klimek was born in Melbourne, Australia. She studied acting there at the National Theatre, as well as the John Gauci School of Film.
In 1984, she relocated to Berlin to join her two brothers. Together they formed The Other Ones, who had a hit with their self-penned song, "Holiday". Her further musical career in Europe included collaborations with Tony Banks, Tangerine Dream, Alphaville and Terranova, to name just a few. In 2005, she co-founded You Pretty Thing with The Other Ones guitarist "Blacky".
In 2016, after pursuing several solo projects, Jayney leapt back into the limelight with a leading role in the Austro-German coproduction "Hotel Rock 'n Roll". All the while, ever since 2007 when she took on the mammoth task of sorting through Urs's ever-growing pile of paperwork, Jayney has remained a quiet but important team member at u-he.
Jayney's ambitions include comedy acting and writing a book.
